Holding over a decade of experience in Baltic real estate market, Millerhawk founders are seasoned experts in banking and property development. Launched as Capital Mill in 2008, the team has managed over 500 million EUR diversified portfolio investments throughout 10 years as well as launched several landmark projects in office and commercial buildings.

    Marko Kull has been active on the commercial real estate scene of the Baltics since 2006. During his professional career, Marko has managed several real estate transactions exceeding 500 million euros. Marko’s success can be attributed to his outside-the-box thinking and non-standard approaches.
