Roo Prisma becomes Roo Coop Maksimarket
Roo Prisma, operating in the Harku-Järve shopping centre within Millerhawk’s property portfolio, is the first Prisma store to join the Coop retail chain and is now called Roo Coop Maksimarket.
The exterior and signage of the Roo store were updated overnight on 10 September. It is the first Prisma store to transition to the Coop brand and operating model following Coop Eesti’s acquisition of Prisma Peremarket AS.
The other Prisma stores in Tallinn and Harju County will be rebranded as Coop stores in September and October, followed by the stores in Rapla, Tartu and Narva in November. The transition will also include the store operating in the Maardu Prisma building, which is part of Millerhawk’s portfolio. The Estonian Competition Authority approved the transaction involving 13 stores on 6 May 2026.
Postimees also documented the Roo store’s new look in a photo gallery.
