The developer wants to break ground on the legendary Mai Center site in the fall

The building planned to replace the Mai Center, which was demolished last year in Pärnu, is being designed.

The building planned to replace the Mai Centre, which was demolished last year in Pärnu, is being designed and the developer hopes to break ground on the approximately 9,000-square-metre property by autumn at the latest.

According to Marko Kull, owner of OÜ Papiniidu Arendus, the architects are expected to finish the design in March and then they can start asking builders about prices.
